As part of this move, the Minnesota Vikings turned the second level of the old Twins space into an extremely well done VIP club.

The exclusive new club at Mall of America Field, the Gridiron Club, overlooks the Plaza area at Mall of America Field. The club is an this ultra modern facility which features all-inclusive food/beverage service including pasta, saute and meat carving stations, freshly made desserts and many other culinary delicacies. One of the best things about the Gridiron Club is that you have access to private restrooms with no wait!

My wife and I checked out the Gridiron Club at the Metrodome for the Vikings first preseason game this year and we were even able to watch the game on a high definition TV. We were able to enter the club two hours prior to kick off and we didn't have to leave until one hour after the end of the game.
